Fundraising Cards

The Fundraiser Card is a credit card size card with 12 peel-off stickers; each sticker is valid for a free medium pizza with up to 3 different toppings, with any purchase of $15 or more. The card can be used for dine-In, carryout or delivery orders, and is valid at all NPC International owned Pizza Huts.
We are a franchisee with approximately 1180 stores in 28 states. Visit our restaurant finder under the NPC Locations option for a current list of locations that honor the card.
We ask that you NOT sell cards in areas not listed as NPC International owned.
Information required for contract:
Contact information and home address of person responsible for contract.
Name and address of Group or Organization selling cards.
The quantity of cards you want to sell and shipping address for cards (no minimum order required). We recommend 5-15 cards per person selling. If your organization sells through the entire quantity of cards issued and wants to receive more, you should mail in your payment for cards sold. Once we have received payment for the cards, we’ll renew your contract and ship more cards to you. There are no upfront costs associated with the Fundraiser Cards.

Submit your information using the Fundraiser Card Contract Request form (click link to submit request). We can email, fax or mail a valid contract to you. Once the contract has been signed and returned to us, the cards will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive the cards within 3-5 days depending on your location.


By Phone

Please call our toll free number (866-299-1148) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Standard Time to request a contract. We can email, fax or mail a valid contract and contact information sheet to you. Once both pages are signed and returned to us, the cards will be shipped via UPS Ground. Terms of Contract
Person who signs the contract must be at least 18 years of age.
Group agrees to sell cards for $10 each; your profit is $6.
You have 60 days to sell the fundraiser cards and return payment of $4 per card to NPC International.
Any un-used cards can be returned at time payment is due; cards must be in original condition with no damage to the peel-off stickers on the back. If cards are damaged and cannot be re-used by Pizza Hut, there will be a $4 charge per card as stated in the original contract. 
Fundraiser cards may not be sold to raise money for any personal expenses, including family reunion expense and personal debt or for a group comprised of one.
