Assistant Manager

Position Summary: Assistant Managers play a key role in the operation of our restaurants. They recruit, screen, hire, train and develop employees; do sales forecasting and labor planning; conduct risk/safety inspections; manage inventory and facility; order products; conduct P&L analysis; schedule team members; and manage revenue periods.
