Promotions in the NPC Quality Burgers family!

We are excited to celebrate recent promotions within our NPC Quality Burgers family!

Nina Bodic is a new District Manager in the Salt Lake City Region. When she isn’t busy hosting guests and visiting friends, Nina loves to enjoy summertime with her two kids and supportive husband. She’s a linguistic whiz who is fluent in 3 different languages, which helped when she traveled internationally as a flight attendant. Before coming to NPC, Nina worked in a variety of positions at a hospital in Salt Lake City. Her experience is sure to make her a strong leader in her new role!

Jonathan Ward is the new District Manager in the Greensboro Region. Jonathan has worked for Wendy’s since his career started in 1993 and has been a training store manager since 2000. Having grown within the company, he earned Top 200 RGM status in 2017. In his free time, Jonathan loves to cook for his wife and son. He is also a bowling star, with a highest game score of 269!

Jessica Bybee is a new District Manager in the Salt Lake City Region. Jessica has worked for Wendy’s for a total of twelve years, having started her career as a crew member when she was just sixteen. Outside of work, Jessica loves to bake and even runs her own home bakery on top of working at NPC! She’s an adventurous, fun loving Disney fan who loves spending time with her five kids. In the picture above, Jessica and her family found an old shack in the middle of nowhere while driving over the Teton Mountains.

Chris Gilliland is the new District Manager in the Baltimore North Region. A long time Wendy’s employee, Chris focuses on the development of his own team to create a successful work environment. In his free time, Chris loves to spend time with his kids and girlfriend. Softball and volleyball are his sports of choice, but you can catch him rooting for the Pittsburgh Penguins on the ice and Steelers on the turf!

Marcus Jackson is a new District Manager in the Baltimore South Region. Marcus has history in the food industry – with years of experience as a training manager and multi-unit coach for KFC/Yum Brands, he brings strong leadership experience to his new role. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys collecting albums, spending time with his dogs, and going to the movies.
